Gyselle approaches the HA room and notices the door is slightly open, so she lets herself in.
"Hey, I hope I'm not bothering you. I-I just wanna apologize if I made you uncomfortable when we talked before the ceremony."

Cam was in the HA bathroom getting ready for the day. He hears the door open.

"WHO'S THERE?"He walks out of the bathroom forgetting that his face mask was still on. He spots Gyselle. "Oh, it's you. What's up?"

”Uncomfortable? No, no. Not at all.” He sits down on the spot in front of his bed. “I see that it probably seemed like that to you, but me nominating you had nothing to do with my opinions on you or anything like that. You’re a lovely lady, I just had to go through the motions is all.”

Gyselle tilts her head and stays silent for a bit. She always felt pressure that she needed to be careful how she words things in front of people above her. Right now Cam was above her as HA and she doesn't want him taking anything she says out of context.
"I understand. I mean, I didn't take you nominating me to heart. Figured that must be the reason, but I felt like I needed to check in with you anyway. I know I can be a bit awkward." She pauses.
"I can't help but feel nervous, though. Anyone would, right? Do you have any sort of advice for me? Or...something? I don't know..." Gyselle wanted to appear as vulnerable as possible. She needed Cam to not think of her as a threat even in the slightest.

"You want my advice? Lay low this week. The person I'm nominating as a replacement isn't exactly a front-and-center player. They're very lowkey, so I think keeping a lower profile than them will help you."

"I guess I can do that...Thank you for the advice. I hope I survive this so we can potentially work together next week." Gyselle smiles softly.
