| "Hello, HouseGuests!" Val's voice booms over the intercom. "Welcome to this weeks Power of Protection competition! Before we begin, we need to find out who will be playing alongside Gobi, Ivy and Peaches in this competition. In front of you there is a bowl with names of the other HouseGuests, the HA and the two nominees will each pick one name to see who will be playing with them."
Gobi, Ivy and Peaches each reach into the bowl at their turn and select... GARFIELD, SERGIO and ANDRE.
"Garfield, Sergio and Andre! You will be joining Gobi, Ivy and Peaches in this competition. The rest of you, please take a spot in the peanut gallery!"
Val waits for the HouseGuests to get settled and then continues.
“If you want to win this competition you're going to have to be brave and bold enough to complete punishments." She chuckles to herself. "This competition is called The Price of POP and here's how it'll work: Each of you will have 100 chips. I will be making you 9 offers, each worth a certain amount of points. If you want the offer, secretly place a bet that you think is large enough to take it. The HouseGuests who bets the most will receive the offer and the points that go with it. However, use your chips wisely because whatever chips you bet, even if you don't win the offer, will be taken away. After all the offers have been made the HouseGuest with the most points will win the POP! Understood? Great! Let’s get started. "Hey guys! Welcome to the POP challenge. For story purposes, your characters will be doing a challenge similar to this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JimxiPTsd_s& So, if you're going to roleplay them doing the challenge, that's what they'll be doing! What you guys will ACTUALLY be doing is answering the questions in the link I send you in your DISCORD CONFESSIONAL. You will have until 12:00PM EST tomorrow to complete the challenge! Please do not share your answers with the others. If you do not answer by 12:00PM EST it will not be counted. Also, for this challenge there are NO additional bonuses depending on your character's expertise (mental, strength, skill or endurance).  | |

| "And the results are in! So let's get right to it, shall we?" An intern rolls out a board with all of the winners of each offer.
"So, for 7 points the person who will be dressed as a human skunk for the week is... PEACHES! Head to the Diary Room and come straight back!" A few moments pass and Peaches comes out in a skunk onesie. "You not only look like a skunk but smell like one too! Yuck!" She laughs.
"Okay, moving on. For 13 points, the person who is willing to take a severe disadvantage in the next HA comp is... PEACHES! This punishment will be revealed at the next HA comp."
"For 9 points, the person who is willing to be chained to another contestant for 24 hours is... GOBI! Gobi, by random draw, the person you will be chained to is… DONOVAN!” The intern walks over to the two of them and chains them together. “You’re lucky there’s some length to this!”
"For 12 points, the person who is willing to be put in isolation for the rest of the week... GOBI! After your 24 hours with Donovan are up, you will be put in the Secret Suite until eviction night."
"For NEGATIVE 10 points, the person who is willing to bet for $10,000 is… no one. Wow! You guys are in it to win it!"
"For 6 points, the person that will be doing a 'Workout from Hell' each time they hear a whistle sound is... SERGIO! Each time you hear a whistle sound, you must stop whatever you're doing and do as the voice says."
"For 15 points, the person who is NOT eligible to play in the next POP competition EVEN IF they are a nominee is... ANDRE! You're bold."
"For 8 points, the person who is giving up all of their belongings for the week minus whatever can fit in this tiny carry-on sized bag is... SERGIO! Good luck buddy, Lord knows I could never do that."
"For 14 points, the person who will be getting a Mad House haircut is... ANDRE!" The intern motions for Andre to sit on the chair in front of him as he pulls out the hair clipper. He turns on the clipper and begins to shave Andre’s head. "Looking good Andre!” Val chuckles.
"And the winner of the POP with the most points total is... ANDRE! I guess shaving your head might be worth it. Congrats!" | |
