An announcement is made for all of the HouseGuests to change into their workout gear and head to the backyard.

"Hello all and welcome to your very first competition of the summer!" Val says over the intercom. "I hope you're ready to compete, because winning this competition earns you a Ticket to Heaven and will give you some major influence this week.

This competition is called Hell Bound and here’s how this will work: In front of you, you can all see 16 pillars. The last one holding on to their pillar will earn the first and most important Ticket to Heaven! Simple right? Well, on paper. As we go along, we're going to be throwing different things your way to make it much harder for you. What, you thought this was going to be easy? It's called a challenge for a REASON, people!

Pick a spot and get ready!"

Hey guys! Welcome to the first challenge. For story purposes, your characters will be doing a challenge similar to this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dsbSU6-fZPc&t= So, if you're going to roleplay them doing the challenge, that's what they'll be doing!

As for what you guys will ACTUALLY be doing is playing the game Hold The Button by Aurora Labs for iOS and Juraj Kusnier for Android. Your objective is to hold the button as long as possible. You will have 24 hours (1:00PM EST) to complete the challenge!

Once you are satisfied with your score, please send a screenshot to your CONFESSIONAL on DISCORD! You are only allowed to send in ONE screenshot. Even if you get a better score after and send us a screenshot after your first screenshot, it will not be counted. And if you do not send a screenshot in by 1:00PM EST it will not be counted.

Chen grabbed a hold of one of the pilliars and was lifted up into the air, he instantly felt sick. Slop and being spun around, even if slowly, do not mix. But he still needs this Ticket to Heaven. If he knew anything about the Mad House, being a Have-Not will be a small torture for him.

A full night and then some of sleep had done seemingly nothing for Narinder's constant stupor. She wasn't sure whether the excessive tiredness would render her numb to whatever they could throw at her, or knock her out before she even got started.

Mark jumped onto the pillar and clung onto it ...upside down.... "LET'S DO THISSSS!!!!" His hair was dangling down and sweeping the floor.

Fifi made her way onto her pillar. After crying over her family this morning, she was more than determined to compete. All she had to do was imagine that one of the pillars was a family member. She would squeeze the hell out of that pillar like her life depended on it. She looked over at Mark who was...upside down apparently?? It made her scared to look down at him, realizing how high SHE was. OH NO. What type of crazy person was he? CRACKEDT. She could feel herself slipping a bit as some liquids were blasted her way. She held on as tight as she could. "I ain't lettin' go Titi! We in this together!!"

Bertrand took some time deciding which pillar to get on since he's trying to deflect any "curses" that might come his way. Eventually, he got on one.

"Alright, let's see if gym class came in handy", he muttered.

Although an old lady, Birdy stayed active back home. Standing there in her periwinkle jogging suit, Birdy grabbed onto a pillar, and clung for dear life (Or at least for dear comfort)

Once everyone grabbed on to a pillar, the challenge began.

"And the first challenge of the season has begun!" Val shouts. "Everyone's looking very--" A loud THUD cuts her off. "Just kidding. Rico has fallen off of his pillar and is eliminated from this competition!"

Rico walks off into the peanut gallery while rubbing his back on which he fell. A few more minutes pass and Fifi drops off of her pillar, followed quickly by Chen and then Kaden. "Looks like Fifi, Chen and Kaden have lost their first chance at a Ticket to Heaven and will be remaining in Hell!"

The three walk off to join Rico in the peanut gallery. "Time to make this challenge a little bit more interesting." Val chuckles and without notice, hot water rapidly falls from the ceiling and the pillars begin to rotate more quickly.

Once the pillars get wet enough, Narinder, Jamie, Lacey and Bertrand fall from their spots. "Four more have fallen and only eight rema--" Nigel, Mark and J.C. fall as well. "Scratch that. Only five remain! Either Birdy, Devika, Haleigh, Nate or Rita will get the first Ticket to Heaven!"

Another 30 minutes pass. "This is getting boring! Time to go fast... and maybe spice things up a bit!" The pillars begin to rotate faster and various different spices are shot from cannons near by, forming clouds of spice around the remaining players. Their eyes begin to water and noses begin to itch. Devika, Birdy and Haleigh drop soon after.

"We're down to our finalists in this competition! Rita and Nate: who will get the first Ticket to Heaven?" Another hour passes and the two are still going strong until... THUD! "It seems that Nate has dropped which means...

Congratulations RITA! You are the winner of the first Ticket to Heaven and are safe for this week! You're going to have a big decision to make later which will affect the game for weeks to come. But for now... toodles, HouseGuests!"

"Damn it!" Chen muttered under his breath after he fell.

After Rita won when Nate fell, Chen didn't want to congratulate her, but he had to if he wanted to stay. "Great job, Rita! I'm sure your children are proud. I'm sure mine are laughing right now." He laughed, patting her back. That should do good, he thought.

Mark, still clinging on upside down, felt a questionable gurgle in his stomach. "O-Oh... Those slop cakes are fight'n back!" He dropped from the pillar and ran to the restroom.

After puking his guts out he returned to the peanut gallery. "This is the best day of my life..." He grinned.

Devika had competed with bruised arms, almost falling out of a tree, and was easily the most brittle person in this house.

How did she make it to the top five?

Falling off, she was overly exhausted by the competition. Seeing Rita win could be a good thing for her. Maybe. She had been so kind to her the first day, but had otherwise become a bit too cold. She was nervous about Rita sending her home without knowing why. All she could do was meekly smile and congratulate her on her win. She was safe.

Birdy rubs her sore arms, but she feels quite accomplished for lasting as long as she did. She’s pretty strong for an old lady! Guess all that jogging and the swim class really do make a difference! And she feels very proud of her new friend Devika for lasting almost as long as she did. She also felt very happy for her dear friend Rita!

Fifi was disappointed in herself for being the first to fall. She really thought she had it in her to last longer. Being a have not had taken a huge toll on her these first couple days, but it motivated her to see everyone else giving their best. "Good job Mama Ritaaa!!"

Fifi stood up, stretched and yawned, feeling a little tired after sitting down for more than two hours now.

J.C. held on as tight as he could to the ledge but eventually let go. He knew he shouldn't have worked out so hard before the challenge. He watched as Rita won and went to clap for her. He might not like losing but he'll make sure he's a good sport about it. He definitely gained a newfound respect for Rita hanging on that long. "Congratulations Rita."

As he watched people fall, Bertrand was amazed he wasn't the first out. Rico was the first one. Rico! Not him. And more people he watched fall were people he thought would have won too. Kaden. Jamie. Lacey.

Unfortunately, the hot water was too much and he slipped down his pillar and fell. "Augh! Well, gym class, I suppose I can thank you a bit for endurance."

He watched from the peanut gallery and saw Rita win the end. He sort of understood how she won. Yoga must've helped greatly. Maybe he could take that up to take his mind off of...

He cleared his throat and clapped for Rita. "Well played, Rita." Nothing like good sportsmanship.

A bit surprised by the outburst, Birdy turns and smiles at Haleigh, “oh! Congratulations dear! Ohoho what a wonderful job!” Birdy claps a little for Haleigh, assuming it is all in fun still.

Nate grumbles to himself, coughing into his hand. "I'm surprised I lasted that long myself," He adjusts his hat back on his head before anyone can overhear him, though, and turns to Rita. "Well..." he holds out his hand in her direction. "Good game. Didn't think you had it in you."
