| "Hello, HouseGuests!" Val's voice booms over the intercom. "I have an announcement to make! I’m sure you all heard the alarm sounding, which means that Andre or Ivy has pressed the golden buzzer and triggered a fan favorite twist… so, welcome to Annihilation Week! This week, to ensure your safety you must win a competition or else you will be facing the danger of eviction.
Welcome to this week's special Safety competition! Because Andre and Ivy are locked in the Secret Suite for the remainder of the week, they are immune and will not participate. Paula, Andre has also selected you to sit out of this competition, but you will still have a chance to save yourself.
On to the challenge! Here's how it'll work: At the end of each of your lanes, you'll see large blocks of ice and by your side you'll see a sledgehammer, a grate and a container under the grate. Your goal for this challenge is to smash as many ice blocks through the grate and into the container as you can. As you can also see, there are obstacles in each lane to make things a little bit more... fun for the viewers to watch." She chuckles. "The FOUR PLAYERS that have collected the most weight by the end of the challenge will earn safety! Are you ready to play Ice Breakers?"
The HouseGuests each get in their lanes to begin the challenge.Hey guys! Welcome to the safety challenge. As for what you guys will ACTUALLY be doing is playing Hex! Here's a link: https://www.crazygames.com/game/hex-frvr You can also play this on Safari/Web Browser apps on your phone or there's an app version as well. You will have until 2:00PM EST tomorrow to complete the challenge! Once you are satisfied with your score, please send a screenshot to your CONFESSIONAL on DISCORD! You are only allowed to send in ONE screenshot. Even if you get a better score after and send us a screenshot after your first screenshot, it will not be counted. And if you do not send a screenshot in by 2:00PM EST it will not be counted. Also, for this challenge there are NO additional bonuses depending on your character's expertise (mental, strength, skill or endurance). | |

| After the time finishes for the challenge, Val waits to reveal everyone's score. "Alright... let's see how you all did.
Sergio has crushed.... 27.7lbs of ice.
Aurora has crushed.... 3.3lbs of ice.
Sam has crushed.... 22.1lbs of ice.
Peaches has crushed.... 8.0lbs of ice.
Gobi has crushed.... 55.1lbs of ice.
Garfield has crushed.... 9.5lbs of ice.
Donovan has crushed.... 0.0lbs of ice.
Which means, Gobi, Sergio, Sam and Garfield you have won safety for this week. Peaches, Aurora and Donovan will join Paula in the battle for House Ambassador later this week. | Sam was pumped to get this challenge started. She decided she would focus all her negative emotions on that ice block and SMASH IT TO BITS! Her efforts payed off and she was safe along with her two best friends! She pulled Gobi and Garfield into a group hug. "We did it! We're safe!" She was jumping up and down like a giddy child. She felt like her bad mood from the whole week melted away with this victory. | |

| "Toothpick arms," Gobi says under his breath, checking his arms. He couldn't find the lie.
He was ecstatic he came in first, though, and Sam was only making him more excited! He heartily joins her and Garf in the group hug. "HAHAA, yes!!" he says, in a bit of a toony way.
Gobi looks back to Sergio somewhat awkwardly as he tries to include himself in the friend hug, but doesn't make a thing of it. He knows Sergio's still in the alliance they made at the start of the season, and he's been faithful to that.. he realizes he should probably actually talk to him sometime rip | |

| Peaches stood there with her arms crossed. She lost to Garf by a hair. She just stood there watching the 3 celebrate- oh, and Sergio. She was disappointed in herself, and Sam and Gobi looked ridiculously happy.
Peaches just stood there, emotionless, observing the three. She couldn't help but think that if it was an auto elimination challenge, she would've gone home and they probably wouldn't have cared? It was a dark thought, but it hurt her She couldn't shake the selfish feeling that they shouldnt be celebrating like this in front of Donovan and her. She hugs Donny.
