Week 4 - House Ambassador Competition (Round 2)

"Hello, HouseGuests!" Val's voice booms over the intercom. "Welcome to the House Ambassador competition! Ryan, as the previous HA, you will not participate.

Before we begin I have an announcement: from this point on... THERE ARE NO MORE TEAMS! It's really every player for themselves and if someone from your clique wins HA, it doesn't mean you're safe for the week.

Another announcement: this round of week four is a DOUBLE ELIMINATION! What, you thought I was joking when I said this week would be rough? YOU THOUGHT WRONG! The winner of this competition will have to nominate THREE people instead of the usual two. And two of those nominees will be evicted at the end of the week.

...But on to the challenge! Here's how it'll work: in PAIRS OF TWO you will each race across these planks and try to collect as many coins as you can. Different coins have different point values, so choose wisely! Remember to take your time, because these beams are REALLY unstable!" She chuckles.

"The pair that has the least amount of points will be joining C.C. and Jay as the Have-Nots for the week! And the pair which collects the most points will decide between themselves on who be the HA for the week! The member that is not HA will be immune.

The pairs were randomly picked earlier today and are as follows:

- Harley & Natalie
- Jay & De'Quan
- Rae & Trixie
- Jamila & Quintin

Hey guys! For this challenge, you'll roll your dice a total of 10 times. You can split it up however you want, but only 10 times total. Your rolls + your partners rolls will determine your score as a duo.

You will only roll the dice that applies to your character. For example, if your character is a Strength Player, then you will roll the Strength Dice. Same with Mental, Skill and Endurance.

This is an ENDURANCE challenge.

Oh, shit. This was kind of a lot to take in, and it had happened so suddenly that C.C. barely had any time to think. A double elimination? No more teams? A pair challenge? Jesus. At least he wasn't outright forced to work with Jay anymore outside of the fact that they were both have-nots for the week.

He wasn't so sure about this, especially considering that he was already a have-not, and Jedd didn't look all that suited to physical competition. Then again, neither was he. Whatever. He'd just wing it.

Well, whatever! Why the hell were these coins so hard to collect, anyway? You would think that you could just scoop up a big handful and run with them, but nope. Only one coin at a time. That was kind of sad. C.C. didn't really care that much, though. He just took off again, trying to get the coins.

Well, great. Unless Jedd did a million times better, he was probably going to stay in the have-not room. C.C. didn't have especially high hopes here, if he was being honest. "Jedd, do the... do the thing," He offered, seemingly trying to cheer for his partner despite the utter lack of cheeriness in his voice. When would things actually start looking up?

De'Quan was going for it. He attempts to cross the beam and gather as many coins as he can before returning to let his partner go. He wasn't sure what sort of talents or strengths Jay had outside of music but he was curious to see for himself.
