All that was in her head was screaming every curse word she knew to herself. English or French. But no need to look like a sore loser. She can't look bad now. There is still a chance that her and Natalie could make it past this double eviction.

Welp, karma is a HUGE bitch. This is what she gets for being so cocky before the tie breaker. But, no need to get pissed. That would only make her look bad. So, she goes up to De'Quan and Jay to pat them hard on both of their backs.

"Nice job out there, guys! I hope for the best for you two!"

As Natalie heard about the tie breaker, she was a little upset since her partner did so well in the challenge and she did...not so stellar. But at least her alliance member is doing so well so it makes her feel so much better. Hopefully his charisma and charm is enough to persuade De'Quan into him being HA. He sure does deserve it. Bit that's not gonna stop her from giving her all.

De'Quan also pats Jay on the back as he sees him panting. "We did good man..and good job to you ladies, that was a good match heh."

"And the results are in... with a final score of 31 that beat out a score of 25... CONGRATULATIONS TO JAY AND DE'QUAN! You two have won this challenge.

You will both be safe for this week, but only ONE of you can be HA and hold the power this week. For the record, De'Quan scored 16 coins and Jay scored 15 coins. So who will it be?" She raises an eyebrow at the two. "You don't want to know what will happen if you can't." She gives a sinister smile to them.

De'Quan pulls Jay over to the side as Val makes her announcement. "Look man, neither of us have been HA before but I think it' only fair I get it after scorin us 11 points in that first round. I'm willin' to make a deal wit you if you want. You pick two people you don't want me to nom and I gotchu." He looks Jay dead in the eye to show that he's serious. "You got my word."

'We won?!?' Jay jumps up and strikes the strings of an air guitar to show his delight. While doing so, De'Quan pulls him closer having him almost lose his balance. ALMOST, pfff.

'Well yeee we both want to be HA' he whispers. De'Quan makes his statement, and Jay bites his lip. But... But he wants to rule the house too... KING JAY of HOUSE de MADNESS. Sounds good right? He then considers his offer. Which isn't too bad, actually. He'd be able to save his Breakfast Alliance members by discussing noms with De'Quan! He rubs his chin while thinking it over. Would he be able to trust his word? If he didn't he sure as hell would be playing a risky game especially next week, so he probably could trust him. He looks back up at De'Quan who still intensely stares at him, scaring Jay since he didn't see him staring like that!

'Alright hm. I really want to be HA too but you make a valid point! You got yourself a deal Dee' he gives him a firm nod to show his consent, and they turn back to Val.

'Val, we decided that De'Quan deserves to be the new House Ambassador!'

"Well, then that settles it! Congratulations DE'QUAN! You are the new HOUSE AMBASSADOR! And Jay, you are IMMUNE from eviction this week... and your have-not status for the week is over!"
