Val appears on the screen and calls everyone to the living room. As they all take spots on the couches, Val begins to address them.

"Hello, HouseGuests. This is the nomination ceremony. Because of the Secret HA twist this week, I will be revealing who the nominees are. The first nominee the Secret HA has chosen is... Joel. The second nominee the Secret HA has chosen is... Cam." She waits for the two to sit in the nominations chairs. "This nomination ceremony is complete. Good luck HouseGuests."
