"I'll let you all sit on this. Meetin' adjourned." There wasn't a ton to gain by keeping everyone here, and people were already leaving. Ergo, it was time to leave herself. She did have this whole big second part to this, but the conversation had gone in all sorts of different directions and not everyone believed her like she thought they would, but they certainly weren't taking Kaden's side after that.

Overall? Not bad, not bad at all. All she needed to do now was get Kaden up on the block.

"Who wouldnt be upset about being called an abuser on live television? That is so extreme and out of left field. But yeah, a spirited response to such a SMALL claim. But you're going to trust the girl that targeted her friends? Who has you all wrapped around her finger where you'll all die on the sword for her just because she has anxiety? Anxiety is serious but it isn't a thing you should use as a cop out for people being shady. Also lies? I literally told one. That's it. Maybe get both sides of the story before you jump to claims."

Bertrand didn't think anyone knew he was there the whole time. He was... slyly silently smirking at the fact this was the second house meeting and had the same goal as the first: exposing Kaden. He watched everything unfold... although he did seem a bit concerned about Narinder's remark earlier.

"Interesting", he muttered as Jamie adjourned her meeting.
